Honda Stream Generations
Honda Stream 2006 (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009), 3rd generation
The 2006 Honda Stream was based on the same platform as the Civic and offered handling as a car in a seven-seat MPV package. The exterior styling was much better than its predecessor. Even more eye-catching was the pair of downturned-back headlights and the chrome bar between them. Even though the Stream is an MPV, it looks sportier with standard 17-inch alloy wheels and a roof spoiler at the rear. At the rear, tall and slim taillights were located near the tailgate, and at first glance, it looked like a car. CR-V Design. Depending on the equipment, the car had door handles chromed or painted in body color.
Honda Stream 2003 (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006), 2rd generation
For the 2003 restyling, the Stream received several bodywork upgrades designed to improve driving performance. The choice of transmission remained a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic. The 1.7-liter engine only came with a manual transmission, while the more powerful 2.0-liter engine had either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed automatic transmission.
Honda Stream 2000 (2000, 2001, 2002, 2003), 1rd generation
When Honda introduced the seventh generation Civic, it did not develop a station wagon for it, but instead offered an MPV: Stream. With its aerodynamic shape and slightly sloping roof, the Stream was designed as a vehicle capable of carrying up to seven passengers inside. Its window line resembled part of an airplane wing. At the front, the large headlights were similar to those on the Civic 5-door hatchback, and the grille with two slats resembled a sedan. Inside, the designers placed the shift lever through the center pillar, and this solution created a free passage from left to right for the front passengers. The middle row was a regular bench seat for three adults, and the last row was better suited for children. With the exception of the front seats, all the others could be folded down to increase storage space.
