Nissan Quest Generations

Nissan Quest 2011 (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021), 3st generation

The 2011 Nissan Quest had a trapezoidal grille and cat-eye headlight style that gave the car a kind of aggressive look. An upwardly sculpted line on the side enhanced the dynamic look. At the rear, the MPV’s design was completed by a flat and upright trunk door with a roof spoiler. The interior was an important aspect of the Quest. The dashboard design was inspired by sportier sedans such as the Altima. The gear selector was close to the steering wheel. The instrument cluster with three dials placed the speedometer in the middle. Bose sound system was offered in the list of options, along with a navigation unit. The seven-seat configuration with two captain’s chairs in the second row added more comfort to the car. Even the last three-seat bench in the back was suitable for adults. The Quest was offered with a 3.5-liter engine under the hood producing 260 horsepower. It was mated to a variator as standard. This type of transmission is known for its efficiency, but not its sportiness. Nevertheless, the Quest offered reasonable 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 km/h) times while remaining economical in its class.

Nissan Quest 2009 (2009, 2010, 2011), 2st generation

In its quest to win over the MPV market, Nissan introduced the final Quest redesign in 2008 for the 2009 model year, when it changed generations. It wasn’t a major or significant update, but it was something that could hold customers. Externally, the Quest didn’t look like the prettiest car on the market. The Nissan’s sleek grille with angular front bumper cladding gave the front end an aggressive look. The door handles were chrome-plated to evoke a sense of luxury. Under the hood, Nissan offered only one transmission option, borrowed from the Maxima. It featured a 3.5-liter V6 paired to a six-speed automatic transmission.

Nissan Quest 2004 (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008), 1st generation

The Nissan Quest was available in three trims: S, SL, and SE. The base model had air conditioning, dual sliding doors, power mirrors, 16-inch steel alloys, and a 4-speed automatic transmission. Larger alloy wheels could be ordered with a package that also added a rear sonar at an additional cost. From the interior trim level, the SL Quest was equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels, adjustable pedals, a power sliding door on the right, a power tailgate and other features with an optional package that included side airbags, heated front seats and a rear sonar. Moving to the top end of the range, the package included 17-inch alloy wheels, Vehicle Dynamic Control anti-skid system, 5-speed automatic transmission, premium 10-speaker audio system, Skyview rear roof panels, dual-zone climate control, full-length rear overhead console and power roof adjustment.
